
My name is Kelly Hurd, I am 41 and have over 15 years of experience of Physical Health and Wellbeing. I have 2 daughters that are pretty much grown up. I have had many challenges in my life, yet have always battled through with a positive attitude. Continually renewing my perspective, with my inquisitive nature.
I am new to blogging, I know I will enjoy it, its going to be rewarding. I will be sharing my thoughts for what I enjoy. I like to talk to people who have the same interests as me. I spend a lot of my time at work or doing things for other people. But when I spend a small amount of free time on fitness, health or wellbeing I am in my element. So, I cannot imagine not blogging. Sharing my passion with others. knowing that blogging could if I work hard enough be a new career for me is exciting.
I am hoping that blogging will enable me to meet new people and learn from others. I hope it will create opportunities to meet like-minded individuals, share my hobbies, beliefs, values and goals. Talking in a crowd will be definitely be out of my comfort zone. I have a reluctance to speak to others that are not local, due to feeling uncomfortable speaking with my strong Black Country accent. Blogging will be a way to break through my limiting beliefs that are holding me back from experiencing possibly the best out of life.
I enjoy personal development and am always seeking new things to learn about. I enjoy researching food, exercise or behaviours. Always seeking clarity and myth busting. The reason why I will love to blog is I feel I have so much to say. I want to influence people’s negative perceptions of their reality of themselves and the people around them.
To understand yourself is pure freedom and then knowing about food – nutrition, physical and mental health is taking full control of your existence.
